Ryder Digital (ABN 90 771 088 137) is a digital studio based in Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ryder Digital, and “you” means anyone who visits ryderdigital.studio or gets in touch with us.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
The information we collect
We only collect what we need to do our work and reply to you.

When we share information
We keep your information within Ryder Digital and share it only with the service providers that help us run the studio, such as:

These providers only handle your information to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your privacy rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that’s inaccurate or out of date.
- Ask us to delete information where we’re not required to keep it.
To make a request, email info@ryderdigital.studio. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Australia [ confirm the countries once your providers are set, for example the United States ]. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled consistently with this policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our studio or the law changes. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be made clear here.
